It’s true that you can search for barns without opening an account. But if you want to contact a barn owner, send emails to BarnWiz, or otherwise contact BarnWiz for help, you’ll need an account to do so.
Contact BarnWiz. We’ll be happy to assist you, or even upload your photos for you.

In our current version of BarnWiz, if such offerings are important for distinguishing you from other barns or are needed to attract the type of customers you want, try to describe them in the Barn Description. We can help you with that if need be. Then please contact BarnWiz and tell us which offerings you would like added. We will use feedback like this to expand our available set of offering choices in future versions of BarnWiz.

Many barn owners are extremely busy and frequently cannot answer the phone. Also, most owners do not want visitors dropping in unannounced. Therefore, their desired method of initial contact is through a listing’s Contact Me feature, which you use to email the owner. Then the owner can respond back to you and the two of you can determine how to proceed from there.
After logging in, click on the downward arrow next to your login ID at the top of the page. Click on Manage Listings in the dropdown list. That takes you to a page showing all your listings. Next to listing you want to inactivate, click “Inactivate (close) listing”. Also, you can reactivate an inactive listing on this same page.
No. You only pay for active or draft listings. Waiving the fee for inactive listings makes it possible to post listings for activities that are temporary and recurring, such as summer camps. You can activate the listing a few months prior to the activity so potential customers can see it in time to sign up, then inactivate the listing after the activity is finished.
These types of businesses are not in the current version of BarnWiz. However, our plans are to add them in future versions. We will announce these types of expansions when they occur.
No, BarnWiz does not plan to offer this type of service. BarnWiz exists to help people find where they can obtain various types of equine services and products, but the actual buying and selling activities must take place outside of BarnWiz.
Yes. As BarnWiz grows, we definitely want to service a greater area. Specific plans for where this will be are not finalized yet.
