BarnWiz LLC was founded to ease the frustration in making any change to the care and welfare of our beloved horses. Our mission is to enable new connections between horse owners, riders and enthusiasts and business owners serving the care and welfare of these animals. We believe in simplicity and we take the daily mission to simplify the process of helping horse owners and care takers find business owners at the tip of their fingers.
Tori Sullivan, Founder
Tori grew up riding, competing and helping her family breed horses. As a lifelong equestrian, she has a deep love of riding and horsemanship. Her mare, Galapagos “Gala” was the inspiration to her journey to find a faster way to connect the equine industry. Her moody, black Hanoverian mare pushed Tori to be in a constant state of “search” at each roadblock along her training journey. Her career in software lead Tori to create BarnWiz with a vision to find all your horse needs online.
Bill Knecht, Technical Director
Bill spent his career in information technology, designing and developing web-based applications for customers around the globe. He is also a rider and horse owner, owing much of his love for horses to his wife Karen, who spent her early years riding in rodeo events and is now an accomplished English rider.
Arianna Almeida, Sales Director
Arianna began riding at the age of four when a guest at her parents’ B&B suggested they come and watch his Hanoverian sale. She continued to ride and steadily moved up the levels as a competitive CCI** eventer. Throughout her journey, Arianna has been a working student for Four Star Eventers including Mikki Kuchta, Jennie Brannigan and Olympic medalist, Phillip Dutton. She actively trains and competes OTTBs out of her farm, Five Pines Farm, in Purcellville, VA.
Joe Giattino, Finance Director
Joe spent his career in finance holding various positions in finance and leading financial operation including contracts management. 5 years ago Joe’s granddaughter and wife decided to take lessons and he came along for the ride. He and his wife Brenda own an OTTB and literally say they have a new “love” for horses!
